Step into Your Day

At our Pompano Beach, FL facility, you arrive to a clean, safety-first shop floor and prepare for a day building flight-worthy hardware. Youโ€™ll set up for precision TIG work (and MIG when required), review the dayโ€™s work orders, and dive into complex assemblies that demand mastery of aerospace materials and exacting workmanship. Throughout the day, youโ€™ll partner with engineers, verify every weld against specifications, and document your results so every part can be traced and trusted.

What You Will Do
  • Execute high-precision welding on aerospace components using TIG as the primary process and MIG as needed.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs to determine weld sequences and requirements.
  • Inspect and test welded joints to meet industry and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a spotless, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teammates to solve welding challenges.
  • Record work performed and maintain accurate, detailed documentation.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in welding techniques and knowledge of aerospace materials.
