Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship. As a Collision Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to recondition them to Bertera's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    • erform accurate and thorough repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, including but not limited to structural components, panels, and other body parts.

    • ollow repair orders and ensure all work meets Bertera's quality standards and specifications.
  • U
    • tilize appropriate safety equipment and techniques to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • W
    • ork collaboratively with team members and communicate openly to ensure efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • U
    • se tools and equipment effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • D
    • ocument all repairs performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Qualifications:

  • P
    • roven experience as a Collision Body Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment.
  • S
    • trong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • A
    • bility to understand and execute repair procedures from documentation and diagrams.
  • E
    • xcellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
  • A
    • bility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A
    • valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • C
    • ertifications in auto body repair (I-CAR, ASE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
