Job description

Are you an experienced Collision Repair Technician looking to join a high-performing team with a reputation for quality and integrity? Collision Service Center, a trusted name in Schaumburg for over 30 years, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our growing, family-owned and operated collision repair facility.

Our shop is independent, family-run, and deeply rooted in the local community. As we continue to expand-including an addition to our already busy facility-there's never been a better time to advance your career with us.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards

Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs

Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels

Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience

Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment

Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures

I-CAR certification (preferred, not required-we'll help you get it!)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills-a great personality goes a long way in our shop!

Willingness to learn and grow with our team

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
