Step into precision manufacturing

Picture this: you clock in on second shift, join a team that builds highly engineered industrial products, and spend your evening crafting components that serve aerospace, life sciences, food processing, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Your path begins with hands-on learningโ€”approximately 4โ€“5 weeks of paid training on first shiftโ€”so youโ€™re set up to succeed from day one.

Compensation: $17.50โ€“$19.20/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mondayโ€“Thursday, 2:30 PMโ€“11:00 PM (overtime available until 1:00 AM)

What your evenings look like
  • Build subassemblies and complete products using detailed work instructions and blueprints
  • Interpret engineering drawings, production documents, and specifications

  • Accurately complete production and inspection records
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and safe
