Business Development Manager
We're seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, lead market expansion, and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets. This role demands exceptional planning, communication, and business development skills and a commitment that goes far beyond a 9-to-5. This leadership role carries real accountability and demands active selling, positioning you as the face of the business in both internal and external arenas. You'll represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and business development events - often requiring travel and overnight stays, while operating with urgency, integrity, and strategic foresight. What You'll Own:
  • Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth
  • Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets
