  • Engage H&N oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.

  • Experience calling on Radiation Oncologists, ENT/Otolaryngology physicians, Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other Head & Neck oncology stakeholders preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
