WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and distribution operations at Norma Precision Inc. by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.

This role contributes to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments; verify materials against shipping documents
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment
  • Load and unload outbound shipments
  • Accurately stage, label, and store inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy reporting
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners
  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory data
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (if certified)
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Cross-train across warehouse functions
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail in both physical and digital work
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
