Job Description:
Job Title: Research Associate
Role Summary
The main function of a Research Associate is to support the execution of health outcomes research studies that evaluate the value of healthcare interventions.ย 
This role involves managing study activities, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of scientific communications and strategic planning.ย 
This is a full-time 12-month Contractor/Research Associate (RA) position on the HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) Thoracic & Precision Medicine Oncology team within the Global Access & Value (GAV) organization.ย 
HV&E is Client's Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) function.
ย The RA will report to a member of the HV&E team and support the development and execution of numerous deliverables for the thoracic cancer & precision medicine franchise.

Role Responsibilities
The RA is expected to provide technical support, analysis, and reporting of deliverables for assets at various stages of development.
Planning/conducting/project management of HEOR/real world data studies including database analyses using administrative claims or electronic medical records databases, and observational studies including prospective studies, chart reviews and other methodologies.
Supporting the development of patient reported outcomes strategies in clinical trials.
Literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
Supporting cost-effectiveness analyses and economic modeling.
Developing presentations and reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
Project and vendor management including budget management support.
Collaborating with cross-functional asset teams.
Supporting other team projects or initiatives including managing internal portals/SharePoint sites.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate should have an advanced degree in health services research, health policy, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health economics, or equivalent graduate degree.
1-2 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects involving complex processes, significant budget, competing deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to understand and respond to multiple int.
