Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair various types of machinery and mechanical systems.Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation of equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC technicians and industrial electricians to ensure seamless operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement or preventative maintenance.Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining clear communication with team members.ExperienceProven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial environment.Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including the use of logic controllers and low voltage systems.Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for alignment and installation tasks.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.Previous experience with CMMS is preferred but not required.Join our team and contribute your expertise as we strive for excellence in our operations!
