  • Conduct Lunch & Learn presentations, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions for engineering and design professionals.
  • Influence project specifications by providing technical guidance and product expertise during the design phase.
  • Assist engineers with product selection, layouts, and wastewater system design.
  • Track projects from concept through bidding, award, production, and delivery.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to convert specifications into awarded business.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate projects across multiple manufacturing facilities based on capacity, scheduling, and geography.
  • Represent Mack Industries at industry associations, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, project updates, and activity reports.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations.
  • Achieve territory sales goals and specification growth objectives.

  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel approximately 50-70%.

Preferred Experience

  • Three or more years of experience in technical sales, civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Experience with precast concrete, underground infrastructure, or wastewater products.
  • Working knowledge of wastewater systems, construction drawings, and project specifications.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Experience working with municipalities, DOTs, utilities, developers, or consulting engineering firms.
  • Existing relationships within engineering or infrastructure markets are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Work Environment

This is a field-based position with regular travel throughout the assigned territory. You'll split your time between engineering offices, customer meetings, job sites, manufacturing facilities, industry events, and your home office.
