Precast consulting professionals often encounter challenges such as coordinating complex project timelines, ensuring precision in design specifications, and bridging communication between architects, engineers, and contractors. Why Should You Apply?

About the role:

  • Serve as an on-site consultant to contractors installing RED-E-DUCT systems.
  • Conduct product inspections at precast manufacturing facilities.
  • Review and analyze quality control check sheets (pre- and post-pour).
  • Ensure adherence to established Best Practices and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to perform quality audits prior to product shipment.
  • Schedule and lead pre-installation meetings, addressing technical questions and installation planning.
  • Provide both hands-on and classroom training for installation teams.
  • Assess job site readiness and coordinate with project managers and customers.
  • Manage logistics coordination, including delivery schedules and documentation (drawings, load lists, etc.).
  • Partner with Asset Management to track inventory and condition of RED-E-DUCT forms and components.
  • Train manufacturing personnel on proper use, maintenance, and storage of equipment.
  • Perform periodic inspections of precast forms and report equipment needs or issues.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to Project Managers.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all corporate safety standards, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associate degree in Construction or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, project management, manufacturing, or precast industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively (regional and occasional national travel).
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Comfortable working in challenging jobsite terrain and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and installation plans.
