  • Conduct in-person, phone, and electronic sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Develop and deliver presentations highlighting company products, innovative technologies, and services.
  • Prepare quotations and sales proposals and actively follow up to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor and manage quotations throughout the sales cycle.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and product developments.
  • Identify opportunities for process, product, and service improvements.
  • Share market intelligence, customer insights, and selling strategies with fellow sales team members to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
  • Complete expense reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of precast concrete products and structures is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and recommend effective solutions.

What Makes You Successful

You’ll be successful in this role if you are a relationship-builder, problem-solver, and self-starter who enjoys working with customers and finding opportunities to grow the business.

  • Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain strong, long-term customer and industry relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow customer accounts and sales.
  • Customer Focus: Respond with urgency and remain committed to providing excellent customer service.
