Job description

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation's premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are currently hiring for a Concrete Quality Control Technician at our Corsicana, TX plant. The Quality Control Technician will report to the Quality Control Manager within the Operations department.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Preforms pre-pour inspection of all forms, reinforcement, steel and inserts
  • Inspects all finished product
  • Ensures that all precast products are correctly marked
  • Maintains daily and project production records
  • Completes daily Quality Control documentation

Requirements
  • Previous architectural concrete quality control experience
  • PCI Certification preferred
  • ACI Certification preffered
  • Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
  • Ability to read and understand piece tickets
  • Ability to communicate ideas & observations

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to handle or feel products. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk and hear
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • The work described will require the employee to be in the plant and yard environment at times during extreme weather conditions (hot and cold) and will be required to wear all safety equipment as that of the regular plant personnel
  • The noise level is typically loud in the plant and employees may be exposed to fumes and airborne particles
