Remote Personal Injury Attorney Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years experience independently managing personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase, including client intake, meticulous file organization, adherence to deadlines, and successful negotiation of settlements prior to lawsuit filing.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive pre-suit case investigations, including gathering and analyzing critical evidence (police reports, medical records, witness statements, etc.), accurately evaluating liability and damages to build strong settlement demands.
- Track record of achieving favorable outcomes in negotiations with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel in personal injury cases.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) requireed.
