Job description

At the Law Offices of Pardy & Rodriguez, P.A., we became lawyers to help people. With over 35 years of combined legal experience, we are committed to helping individuals and families who have suffered due to a personal injury, wrongful death, or property loss.

To us, our clients are not just a case; each is an opportunity to assist with the pain, financial loss, and emotional stress following an accident. Our mission is to provide the support, guidance, and fierce advocacy needed to help our clients find normalcy again.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney (English/Spanish) to join our well-established plaintiff's law firm in our Orlando office.

In this full-time, in-office role, you will focus primarily on managing pre-suit motor vehicle accidents and premises liability injury claims. The ideal candidate is a true "people-person" who relishes managing a challenging pre-suit caseload while providing top-tier communication, client care, and advocacy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pre-Suit Case Management: Manage a diverse and challenging pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake and medical management through pre-litigation demand and settlement resolution, focusing primarily on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
  • Client Advocacy & Communication: Communicate complex legal concepts and case updates clearly to clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they feel fully supported and prioritized throughout the pre-suit process.
  • Pre-Suit Legal Drafting: Draft and review pre-suit legal documents, including demand packages, spoliation letters, insurance correspondence, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiations & Dispute Resolution: Conduct pre-suit negotiations with insurance adjusters and engage in pre-litigation dispute resolution to secure optimal financial recoveries for clients.
  • Technology & Organization: Utilize modern legal case management software to maintain precise, up-to-date files and efficiently multitask across a fast-paced pre-suit docket.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Bar license in good standing (Florida Bar required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in personal injury law, specifically in pre-suit case handling (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred).
  • Language: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is strictly required to effectively advocate for our diverse client base.
  • Core Competencies: Solid understanding of pre-suit bodily injury claims, insurance coverage evaluation, demand preparation, medical treatment monitoring, and case management software.
  • Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational habits, self-motivation, and a proven ability to manage a high-volume pre-suit caseload efficiently.
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute daily to our in-office location in Orlando, FL 32804.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year (based on experience), plus lucrative incentives for firm growth and performance.
  • Health & Wellness: Health insurance, Dental insurance, and Vision insurance (available after the introductory employment period).
  • Retirement Plan: Simple IRA / 401(k) with company matching.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
