As an Event Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the flawless execution of hotel events, meticulously coordinating with sales, hotel departments, and guests.   • Room Block & Space Allocation: Manage group room blocks and meeting space for assigned events, utilizing tools like Marriott Global Source, Training Energizers, and eTools (eRooming Lists, eProposals, Passkey) to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Budget & Revenue Management: Efficiently manage customer budgets, forecast group sleeping rooms, and event revenue, maximizing opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.
  • Trends & Innovation: Stay current on trends in event management and design, incorporating fresh and creative ideas to enhance guest experiences.
