How does a pre litigation manager typically collaborate with attorneys and paralegals throughout a case?

A Pre Litigation Manager works closely with attorneys and paralegals to coordinate case strategy, ensure timely collection of evidence, and oversee client communications before a lawsuit is officially filed. They often serve as the point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, making sure all documentation and deadlines are met. Regular team meetings and status updates are common, as they help streamline workflow, delegate tasks, and resolve any challenges that arise during the pre-litigation phase.
