We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment. This role includes case management and documentation, drafting and filing, discovery and records, research, and trial support.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation files, deadlines, discovery materials, and case-related documents.
  • Organize and manage eDiscovery, document production, redactions, Bates stamping, and working files.
  • Draft and assist with written discovery, subpoenas, authorizations, pleadings, certificates of service, requests to submit, judgments, and other litigation documents.
  • Prepare case-related materials for hearings, depositions, meetings, and trials.
  • File documents with state and federal courts and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
  • Communicate with clients regarding discovery, records, and document production.
  • Conduct public records research and assist with cite-checking, proofreading, and document review.
  • Attend and assist at trial as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior litigation paralegal experience required.
  • Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow procedures, and handle multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with eDiscovery or case management software preferred.
