Job description

Step into a dynamic educational setting where your skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist can make a profound impact on students’ lives. This full-time, school-based contract role offers the chance to serve K–12 learners across 1–2 sites with a committed interdisciplinary team. With scheduling flexibility—including consideration for on-site or hybrid work arrangements—this position welcomes both seasoned professionals (SLP-CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking mentorship.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and generate detailed diagnostic reports
  • Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse caseload (paid administrative and team meeting time included)
  • Maintain thorough documentation, manage case logs, and actively participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student communication and success in the classroom
  • Offer supervision and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as necessary

Ideal Background:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado, with CDE credential if required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and fingerprinting
