This position requires a strong commitment to mentoring, educating, and empowering individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support to participants, fostering their growth and independence.
  • Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to create a supportive environment for individuals.
  • Engage in workforce development initiatives that promote job placement and retention for participants.
  • Skills
  • Experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable.
  • Excellent mentoring skills that inspire confidence and motivation in others.
