The salary is $50,000 - $52,500 per year depending on relevant education, experience, and licensure.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Education:  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years experience in HR coordination, applicant tracking database management, or talent pipeline tracking.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Pre-Employment Specialist is responsible for managing the administrative coordination, tracking, and data integrity of the pre-boarding pipeline for Wingspan Care Group and its subsidiaries. This role ensures that all candidate documentation, background steps, and system updates move efficiently to achieve day-one readiness, providing clear communication and a supportive experience to incoming personnel. A wide degree of creativity, ability to connect with a wide array of people, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  1. Responsible for executing and tracking pre-employment pipeline activity and preparing data-driven status reports on candidate progress through the compliance stage.
  2. Review and complete with internal stakeholders the detailed employment requisitions, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and onboarding timelines.
  3. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to incoming candidates about the Agency, its onboarding expectations, and potential growth opportunities.
  4. Stay informed of trends and innovative onboarding tracking techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art data and candidate care practices.
  5. Maintain all pre-employment tracking data and audit trails for validation.
  6. Review and edit detailed job ads, ensuring an accurate understanding of job duties, qualifications and agency requirements
  7. Support the management of the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
