Job description

Owner's project management firm seeks Project Managers for projects in Northern New England. Candidates will have over ten years' experience managing building projects. This position will have responsibilities during the pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases of their projects.
Candidates must have experience
  • As a Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts),
  • Managing projects with values of at least $15 million,
  • Managing projects on behalf of owners, either as employee or consultant,
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules,
  • Administering design agreements and construction contracts,
  • Evaluating change orders for merit and value,
  • Utilizing electronic project management software,
  • Providing conceptual estimates, and
  • Working closely with client personnel to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field,
  • Experience managing project for one or more Federal agencies,
  • Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria,
Experience working in remote locations.
