  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Demonstrated expertise in soldering, crimping, and harness assembly techniques
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment with quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with complex harnessing, chassis wiring, or custom builds
  • Prior experience with potting, molding, or similar processes
  • IPC certification(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to hear well in a production environment for safety and communication

  • Full-time, on-site role in Gilbert, AZ
  • Willingness to work second shift (3:00 PM โ€“ 11:30 PM, Monday โ€“ Friday) as needed - eligible for shift differential
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits package consisting of Medical, Dental and Vision. Praxis Resources contributes 95% of the cost for employees and dependents. Eligibility is 1st of the month following date of hire
