We're partnering with a prestigious national law firm that specializes in complex insurance claim litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing legal team that values precision, collaboration, and excellence. Position Overview: We're seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 6+ years of experience to support a dynamic team of attorneys. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is instrumental in managing case files, coordinating discovery, and supporting trial preparation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as liaison among courts, clients, and third parties
  • Organize and maintain case materials and documentation
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate document collection, review, and production
  • Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination
  • Prepare exhibits, binders, and demonstrative evidence for hearings and trials
  • Manage scheduling for depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Familiarity with State and Federal court systems and filings
  • Experience in First Party Property Insurance (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document/client management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
