Responsibilities: As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health, some of the roles and responsibilities will be: โ€ข Interpret patient labs. โ€ข Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records. โ€ข Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient. โ€ข Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy. โ€ข Initiate referrals & maintain health records. โ€ข Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. โ€ข Assist with callbacks to patients with questions. โ€ข Refill medication orders. Qualifications: โ€ข Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher. โ€ข Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. โ€ข Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. โ€ข Innovative and functional approach to health. Compensation: $65 - $75 hourly
