Job description

OB/GYN Opportunity with an Established Private Practice - Boca Raton, FL
Why Join Us
This is a well-built practice with the infrastructure, support staff, and patient volume already in place - you walk in and practice medicine, not manage a business. Mid-level providers handle first-call responsibilities, and the practice philosophy is explicit about protecting physician work-life balance, with genuine flexibility around scheduling arrangements. With a growing community driving increasing demand, there's real runway here for a physician who wants to build a long-term home in South Florida.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time OB/GYN opportunity with a busy, well-established private practice at West Boca Medical Center
  • Practice team: 2 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners, actively expanding
  • Clinical mix: 65% Gynecology / 35% Obstetrics
  • Average 6-7 deliveries per month per physician
  • Mid-level providers cover first call, allowing physicians to focus on patient care
  • Main office located on hospital grounds: 11 exam/procedure rooms, in-house ultrasound, and bone density testing
  • Main office hours: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-7:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (mid-level covered)
  • Satellite office in Boynton Beach: 4 exam rooms, open 4 days per week, 15 minutes from West Boca Hospital
  • Outpatient surgery center located on the same floor as the main office
  • Abundant surgical and gynecologic case volume
  • Full-time, part-time, and alternative scheduling options available
What We Offer
  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your lifestyle and practice preferences
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Deferred compensation program
  • Relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Why Boca Raton
Boca Raton is one of South Florida's most desirable addresses - an upscale coastal community known for its A-rated public and private schools, pristine beaches, and a relaxed yet sophisticated quality of life. The city offers a thriving dining and arts scene, world-class shopping, and easy access to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale via I-95 or the Florida Turnpike. With no state income tax, a strong real estate market, and year-round sunshine, Boca Raton consistently ranks among the best places to live in the Southeast - making it as appealing a place to raise a family as it is to build a career.
Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
