• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conference to provide ethical, compassionate, and individualized mental health counseling.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches, to effectively guide clients through their challenges.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are relevant and effective.
• Foster a supportive and understanding environment where clients can gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting strategies as needed to support their growth and help them develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required to provide a strong foundation for effective practice.
• Current and active licensure or eligibility to practice as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in your respective state is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy, preferably in remote settings, is required to ensure proficiency with teletherapy platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting are necessary for successful client engagement.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and the delivery of inclusive care to a diverse range of clients is crucial.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to implement new techniques as needed is highly valued.
