We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Manager with hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks, assess system responsiveness, and ensure application stability under varying load conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform performance testing to identify system bottlenecks, assess responsiveness, and ensure application stability under different loads.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans based on project requirements.
  • Identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.
  • Document test results, track defects, and maintain accurate testing records.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.
