We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned physician practice while creating an environment where patients, providers, and team members can thrive.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with physicians, regional leadership, and internal departments to drive operational excellence, strengthen team performance, and enhance patient experience. A Typical Day

As a Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the operational and administrative functions of your assigned practice while ensuring alignment with Medical Group standards and organizational goals. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing daily practice operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, financial deposits, and administrative processes.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting practice staff to promote accountability, engagement, and professional development.
  • Partnering with physicians and regional leadership to identify operational needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitoring staffing levels and adjusting resources to meet patient and operational demands.
  • Supporting budget development and monitoring practice expenses to promote responsible financial management.
  • Evaluating workflows and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
  • Monitoring quality and patient experience performance and developing improvement strategies when opportunities are identified.
  • Ensuring practice operations comply with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
  • Collaborating with internal Medical Group departments to ensure consistent and cost-effective operations.
  • Addressing employees and operational concerns using sound judgment, professionalism, and effective conflict-resolution skills.

To Be Considered

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience within a primary care or specialty practice setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with healthcare fiscal management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in employee development, conflict resolution, and team management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related healthcare software applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
