Endodontic Specialists, is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our amazing endodontic team and support our Wayne, Pennsylvania practice locations!
Location:
  • 85 Old Eagle School Road, Wayne, PA 19087

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead daily operations, manage schedules and finances, support your team, and ensure a smooth, five-star patient experience every day.
  • Manage financial processes such as budgeting, reporting, and revenue cycle oversight.

  • Support human resources functions: including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee accurate dental recordkeeping and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards.

  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to streamline workflow and enhance the overall patient experience.
