Job description

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – Part-Time/As Needed

Organization: Bridging Gapss, LLC

Location: Hybrid/Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Wisconsin

Position Summary

Bridging Gapss, LLC is seeking a licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical consultation, program oversight, staff support, and quality assurance for our behavioral health and community-based programs. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys consulting, mentoring staff, and helping ensure services meet state and Medicaid standards. The consultant may also support new program development, including dementia programming, CLTS, CCS, and behavioral health initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical consultation to leadership and direct service staff.
  • Review documentation for quality, compliance, and Medicaid standards.
  • Assist with program development and implementation.
  • Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Provide guidance on crisis situations and clinical decision-making.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations.
  • Support quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Consult on client treatment planning and behavioral interventions when appropriate.
  • Provide recommendations regarding ethical and clinical best practices.
Qualifications
  • Active Wisconsin LPC or LCSW license in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid-funded services, community mental health, CLTS, or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation, ethics, and state regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and consultation skills.
Schedule
  • Approximately 5–15 hours per week, depending on organizational needs.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Some evening meetings may be requested.
Compensation
  • $60–$100+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
