What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility.
• Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and fostering independence.
• Building meaningful relationships and creating a safe, positive environment.
• Encouraging participation in community activities and social interactions.
• Monitoring and documenting progress to ensure the highest quality of care.
