Job Description

Gene Langley Ford is seeking a motivated, high-performing Automotive Sales Consultant who wants to develop into Finance and Insurance. This position allows you to continue selling vehicles while gaining hands-on F&I training and real-world experience supporting the finance department.

If you have proven yourself on the sales floor and are ready to grow your skill set, income potential, and leadership responsibilities, this role is designed for you.

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000 per year

Work Requirements

Ability to commute to Humboldt, TN required
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities
  • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Assist the Finance and Insurance department during peak times, vacations, or overflow

  • Learn and support F&I product presentations, compliance procedures, and documentation

  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

  • Maintain ethical sales practices and dealership compliance standards

  • Support deal structure and profitability initiatives
