Position Summary
This is a seasonal part-time position, averaging 30 hours per week. The Ticket Operations Assistant position provides support and assistance in ticket resolution, order fulfillment, and ticket distribution for the Atlanta Falcons. This role is located at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, and parking is provided.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the processing and establishment of PSLs (Personal Seat License), season tickets, groups, and single game ticket accounts
  • Handles payment collections and refunds for PSL, season tickets and group orders
  • Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution and customer service at all gates
  • Assist in managing technology for game days and other events
  • Assists with yearly training camp in Flowery Branch
  • Provide daily support to our sales and service departments in their efforts to support our season ticket holders
  • Assist in handling our internal shared inbox requests
  • Aid in event building, price codes and other projects assigned by full-time associates of the department.

Expectations
  • Ability to deliver excellent service to fans and internal stakeholders/departments
  • Takes initiative to ask questions, provide updates and communicate clearly
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ticketing procedures. Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, all Falcons home games, training camp and any other ancillary events - may include nights or holidays
  • Punctuality
