As a Practice Supervisor, you'll serve as a Practice Manager in Training, leading daily clinic operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance
  • Support provider scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and patient experience
  • Coach, develop, and engage team members while fostering OnePeak's culture and values
  • Resolve employee and patient concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor clinic productivity, inventory, scheduling, timecards, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals
  • Provide hands-on support to front and back office teams as needed

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience (primary care preferred)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred
  • CMA, CPT, or Associate degree in a medical field preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between clinic locations

Compensation

$52,275 - $61,500 annually
