Prime Dental Garland is hiring an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Garland. Our office part of our growing group practice and share the same commitment to exceptional patient care, strong teamwork, and a positive work environment.ย 


What You Will Do

  • Provide skilled chairside assistance during a wide range of general dentistry procedures including composites, extractions, and crown preparations
  • Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories between patients
  • Take and process digital X-rays accurately and efficiently
  • Create a warm, comfortable experience for every patient from check-in to checkout
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in the practice management system
  • Collaborate with the front office team to support smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Texas RDA license required
  • Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required
  • Radiology certification preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care
  • Professional, dependable, and a collaborative team player
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
