As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental office, and providing exceptional patient care, and managing all administrative aspects of the practice, working as the Full-time administrator. We are seeking a candidate with a leadership style that is firm and goal oriented, and yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Office Managment role
  • Proficicent with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations.
  • PrHoven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects of office management
  • Expectational customer service, patient-focused, positive attitude, takes initiative, leads by example, sense of urgency, goal oriented, motivates team


Dental Office Manager Job Responsibilities includes (but not restricted to) -

  • All Dental Adminstrator Duties
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Implementing Dental Choice systems and  practices
  • Lead monthly team meetings; monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Supports team performance through ongoing coaching, guidance, and training.
  • Provide annual performance reviews for all staff
  • Enforce and implement practice building and management strategies that exist to ensure our offices are well run
  • Monitor and manage production capacity, collections
