We’re seeking an enthusiastic hybrid Manager–Administrator Lead to help run the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic while creating exceptional patient experiences at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Managment role
  • Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, scheduling staff,etc.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
  • Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - $34/hr- $38/hr
