Zenith Dental Choice is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident dental professional who enjoys both leadership and being hands-on. You’ll play an important role in supporting the dentist, leading the administrative team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and well cared for.

What You’ll Do

As our Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support the administrative team and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, hygiene coordination, and staff schedules
  • Oversee accounts receivable and other administrative functions
  • Coordinate treatment plans, predeterminations, and patient follow-up
  • Support the dentist and clinical team in achieving practice goals
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members
  • Ensure patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and practice performance
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and solutions-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of dental administration experience and/or 1+ year of Practice Management experience
  • Strong understanding of dental office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Experience with scheduling, accounts receivable, treatment coordination, predeterminations, hygiene coordination, and staff scheduling
  • Proven leadership skills with experience training, coaching, or supervising team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping patients
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Someone who takes initiative, enjoys being busy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
