Core Responsibilities
  • Steer the K12 Division: Lead the progressive architectural team in designing transformative education environments, discovering the unique mission and vision for each client's space.
  • Architect the Future: Direct the complete lifecycle of fast-paced educational projects, advancing designs seamlessly from initial conceptual presentations through finalized construction documents.
  • Cultivate Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain highly effective verbal, graphic, and written communications to build positive, long-term relationships with educational stakeholders and community leaders.

  • Empower Collaborative Teams: Champion a team-oriented approach, collaborating seamlessly with in-house professionals across three regional offices to deliver unified, high-quality solutions.
  • Execute Strategic Delivery: Prioritize and orchestrate multiple high-visibility tasks, projecting a professional presence while navigating the complex demands of both large and small-scale K12 projects.
