• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

The client population served by Fusion Mind Counseling encompasses a diverse range of individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, or life transitions. • A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and empathically with clients.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, essential for balancing client caseload and documentation.

• Experience working in a mental health practice—preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines pertaining to mental health counseling.
• A background in crisis intervention and experience with varied therapeutic techniques is highly desirable.
