How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Managing and reviewing tax returns for corporate, partnerships, s corporations and individuals
  • Providing proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships though year-round advisory support
  • Researching complex tax issues and communicating practical solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client tax positions and enhance firm services
  • Leading and mentoring associates, helping them grow professionally
  • Collaborating with leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives

Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • 8+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
  • CPA license required; MST a plus
  • Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
  • Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
  • Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
