Summary:
The Practice Supervisor role supervises administrative staff and coordinates daily operations for the Oncology/Hematology Prior Authorization and Referrals team and ensures a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction responsibilities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
