The Role
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our growing Texas team.
This attorney will work on a diverse litigation practice that includes:
Commercial Trucking & Transportation Defense
Construction Defect Litigation
General Liability Defense
Personal Injury Defense
The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation files, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, participating in mediations, and working directly with clients. Trial experience is welcomed but not required.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license
3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Experience with commercial trucking, transportation, construction defect, general liability, or personal injury defense
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
Excellent communication and case management abilities
