Job description

Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance. We practice in a high growth area with a large referral base.
We're looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA-C) to join our 6-physician Nephrology Department. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to medically complex patients. The position offers an excellent work life balance, Monday to Friday schedule with no call, and flexible scheduling.
We prefer candidates with some experience in nephrology, however any similar experience in primary care or other fields for 1 year would be a plus. Must have a team attitude and a proactive approach to patient health care.
Additional details:

  • The primary responsibility will be to care for end stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units in Clark County. The candidate will work closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding
  • We currently work at 6 different dialysis units, all within a 30-minute driving radius
  • Compensation is a salary model between $132,752 and $158,919
