JOB SUMMARY:
Gaylord is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team and play an essential role in achieving our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Associate will support the department members and contribute to the success of campaigns to educate the community about Gaylord's programs to drive volumes for inpatient and outpatient service lines. They will also assist in preparing multichannel internal communications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crafting compelling messages using content from the website and existing collateral for email marketing, advertising, media relations and social media.
  • Help tailor messages to various audiences and personas to effectively communicate the value proposition of our clinical specialties and expertise.
  • Utilize HubSpot/CRM to manage contacts, lists, asset libraries, reports, and email schedules.
  • Assist in creating landing pages, workflows, and email marketing campaigns to educate and influence key referral sources to drive volumes.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to encourage former patients to choose Gaylord for additional services, fostering long-term patient loyalty.
  • Assist with internal communication by creating posters, flyers, newsletters, and capturing photos and videos of events and activities to convert content into internal or external messaging.
  • Attend meetings to gather updates or changes affecting Gaylord's service lines, owned assets, or existing messaging.
  • Provide backup for social media and digital coordinator.
  • Support public relations and special event efforts.
  • Assists in the coordination of community events and the preparation of materials.
  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing or preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Full time/Monday-Friday
