Retail Delivery Driver in Plano, TX

Starting Pay $17.00 per hour

Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!

This position is for Full Time - Day Shift scheduled within store hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 12pm
  • Sunday: Closed

As a Retail Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company out in the public by providing outstanding customer service while delivering products to customers at construction and residential sites, businesses and contractor locations using a PPG company vehicle daily.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver paint and supplies to customers and job sites
  • Load and unload vehicle while matching products to customer paperwork with accuracy
  • Perform pre/post trip inspection on PPG delivery vehicle
  • Complete delivery paperwork promptly, utilize vehicle technology, and maintain cleanliness of vehicle
  • Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and during deliveries to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Support store by providing customer support, tinting and mixing paint, stocking, loading and unloading trucks, and help maintain store cleanliness
  • Complete mandatory safety training, and wear protective gear for the job tasks
  • Reporting to the Store Manager

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
  • Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history
  • Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
  • We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
