We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PPF Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing paint protection film (PPF) and window tint while ensuring high-quality workmanship across a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Essential Functions

  • Install paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles with accuracy and consistency
  • Install window tint
  • Perform surface preparation, cleaning, and finishing to ensure a flawless application
  • Work on both high-end and everyday vehicles, maintaining OEM-level quality standards
  • Inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and production goals

Qualifications

  • Experience with PPF installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and a craftsmanship mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
