Full-Time in-person 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are currently looking to hire a PPF Installer who is passionate about delivering excellent results while working on some of the most prestigious and sought-after vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install Paint Protection Film (PPF): Apply PPF (XPEL) at an expert level to various areas of vehicles, including hoods, bumpers, fenders, side mirrors, and doors, ensuring flawless, seamless application.
  • Luxury Vehicle Expertise: Work with high-end, exotic, luxury vehicles. Providing professional, precise care to meet the standards of discerning clients.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact professionally/courteously with clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding their specific needs for vehicle protection.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that the film is applied with precision, cutting, trimming, shaping as necessary for optimal fit/appearance.
  • Maintain Equipment/Workspace: Ensure all tools, equipment, work areas are clean, organized, in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of installations to ensure the highest standard of workmanship is met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other installers, technicians, management to ensure that all jobs are completed on time/meet company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a PPF Installer, with a proven track record of high-quality installations. Experience working with luxury, exotic vehicles is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Ability to work with precision, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service. Experience interacting with luxury clientele is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 35 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Desire for Growth: Willingness to learn and stay up to date on the latest PPF techniques, products, technologies.
  • Novices Need Not Apply. This role is for experienced professionals only.

Working Interview Required:
