Contract: W2
Duration: 12 months (with a high possibility of extension)
Location: San Diego CA (3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $53.00-$55.00 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid search marketing initiatives. This role will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external agency, ensuring PPC campaigns align with business objectives and deliver strong performance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, and project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the PPC agency.
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.Review campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy, landing pages, and optimization recommendations. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with SEO, analytics, creative, and web teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Lead PPC projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful cross-functional execution.
  • Evaluate AI-powered advertising tools, including Smart Bidding and Performance Max. Conduct QA, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
Must Have Skills:
  • 3-4 years of hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of bid management, keyword strategy, Quality Score optimization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience managing paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, preferably in a consumer technology, eCommerce, or digital marketing environment. Experience collaborating with agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and using AI-powered advertising tools is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
