We're looking for a B2B Marketing Representative with a background in staffing and recruiting to help drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business development efforts.
Position Summary:
The B2B Marketing Representative will be responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at businesses and decision-makers in need of staffing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and a deep familiarity with the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting HR managers, hiring authorities, and procurement departments.
- Create industry-specific marketing content including email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and client success stories.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the staffing industry.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives around job fairs, industry events, and virtual webinars.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports to guide decision-making.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or human capital industry.
- Proven success in generating leads and nurturing B2B relationships through marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and campaign tracking.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media strategy.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends and workforce solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
