We're looking for a B2B Marketing Representative with a background in staffing and recruiting to help drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business development efforts.


Position Summary:

The B2B Marketing Representative will be responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at businesses and decision-makers in need of staffing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and a deep familiarity with the staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting HR managers, hiring authorities, and procurement departments.
  • Create industry-specific marketing content including email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and client success stories.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the staffing industry.

Requirements:
