About the Role 

VML Montreal is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager, Client Services

In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support across accounts, with a focus on managing client budgets, maintaining schedules, preparing team status updates, and coordinating campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market. 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is genuinely interested in creative campaigns and teamwork. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Accurately manage and track client budgets. 
  • Maintain and update production and delivery schedules. 
  • Prepare team status updates and track ongoing tasks. 
  • Coordinate campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market. 
  • Support leadership and account supervision in the coordination and tracking of creative campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met. 
  • Assist with preparing status reports, presentations, and account-related communications. 
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, remain consistent, and are compliant with requirements. 

What We're Looking For 

  • A background in marketing, communications, administration, advertising, or a related field. 
  • Relevant experience in client services, account coordination, project management, or an administrative role within the creative or advertising industry. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to budgets, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using project management tools. 
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in both languages, particularly in a bilingual team and client environment.

  • Gerer et faire le suivi des budgets clients avec precision. 
  • Assurer la mise a jour et le respect des calendriers de production et de livraison
  • Preparer les mises a jour / statuts d'equipe et assurer le suivi des taches en cours. 
  • Coordonner les projets d'adaptation de campagnes publicitaires pour le marche quebecois. 
  • Soutenir la direction et la supervision de compte dans la coordination et le suivi des campagnes creatives. 
  • Collaborer avec les equipes internes afin d'assurer la fluidite des projets et le respect des echeanciers. 
  • Participer a la preparation de documents de suivi, de presentations et de communications liees aux comptes. 
  • Veiller a la qualite, a la coherence et a la conformite des livrables.

Profil recherche 

  • Formation en marketing, communication, administration, publicite ou dans un domaine connexe. 
  • Experience pertinente en service-conseil, en coordination de comptes, en gestion de projets ou dans un role administratif lie au milieu creatif ou publicitaire. 
  • Excellentes competences en organisationgestion des priorites et suivi de dossiers
  • Grande rigueur dans la gestion des details, des echeanciers et des budgets. 
  • Capacite a travailler en equipe dans un environnement dynamique et en evolution rapide. 
  • Tres bonne maitrise de Microsoft Office et aisance avec les outils de gestion de projet. 
  • Bilinguisme francais-anglais obligatoire, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. La personne doit etre en mesure de travailler efficacement dans les deux langues, notamment dans un contexte de collaboration avec des equipes et des clienteles bilingues.
